Determinasi Diri dan Job Crafting terhadap Keterikatan Kerja
The human resources needed by the company are those who are committed
to their work. This research was conducted to determine the influence of self-
determination and job crafting on work engagement at CV. Berlian Jaya Mandiri.
This research uses a quantitative approach with a population of 50
employees using census study techniques. The data collection method uses
interviews and psychological scales, namely the self-determination scale, the Job
Crafting Scale (JCS), and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) with a
reliability test using the Alpha Cronbach formula. Data analysis used descriptive
analysis, normality test and linearity test.
Pearson product moment analysis (r = 0.457; p > 0.001) shows that there
is a positive and significant relationship between self-determination and work
engagemen, (r = 0.457; p > 0.001) shows that there is a positive and significant
relationship between job crafting and work engagement. (Based on the results of
the determinant coefficient (R2 0.284), this means that self-determination and job
crafting influence work engagement by 28.4%.
