Analisis Perbandingan Rencana Anggaran Biaya Pembangunan Sekolah dan Pondok Pesantren Al-Marzukiyah Bekasi Dengan Menggunakan Metode BOW Dan AHSP PUPR 2023

In the development of construction projects will require the preparation of a Cost Budget Plan. To increase the efficiency and effectiveness of development, the estimator must have a basic means of calculating the unit price, namely the Construction Cost Analysis (ABK). The benefits obtained by contractors depend on the ability of the estimator to make cost estimates that play an important role in the implementation of the project to plan and control resources such as materials, labor, equipment, services and time.
Construction Cost Analysis that has been known so far includes BOW (Burgelijke Openbare Werken) and AHSP (Unit Price Analysis of Work). To get the expected unit price of work, the two methods are compared so as to get an efficient and accountable cost budget. This study aims to find out which method is the most economical as a reference for estimators in planning construction costs using methods that apply in Indonesia. The method in the preparation of the Cost Budget Plan is carried out by analyzing the BOW and AHSP methods.
The results of the calculation of the Al-Marzukiyah School and Islamic Boarding School Construction Cost Budget Plan using method 2 methods obtained the AHSP method is much more economical, which is Rp. 6,450,750,000.00, while the BOW method gets a more expensive result, namely Rp. 7,742,560,000.00 with a percentage difference of 16.68% which has a value of Rp. 1,291,810,000
